Deep Water Blast
High Impact workout that will challenge your core/abdominal muscles. This class will enhance balance, cardiovascular endurance and coordination. Water belts are utilized to assist in flotation. Water weights will also be used to increase muscle strength

A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow. Great for beginners and experienced water aerobics enthusiasts alike!
Both classes are “drop-in” classes. No registration is necessary.
