Arti Pandey

Arti did her teacher training in the Yoga of Energy Flow with Daniel Orlansky and Liz Owen. Her classes emphasize the breath and body in synchronous movement and she hopes, ardently, that her students will leave the class feeling both invigorated as well as relaxed. Seeking to understand the true purpose of yo-ga, she hopes that her classes will give you a taste of what it means to be wholly present in your body, if only for a brief period of time.
She is also a mother to three and a wonderful cook, specializing – no surprises – in Indian, vegetarian food.
