Ages: 9-13 Years Old

Time: Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm

First Session: January 28th – February 25th (4 weeks)

Cost: Members: $40/ Nonmembers: $60

 

This youth fitness program focuses on building endurance, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Each week, children will engage in fun, skill-based activities using equipment such as ladders, cones, and balls to learn proper techniques and stay active.
