Program fees are refunded only upon receipt of a written request and under the following conditions:<\/p>\n
The YMCA understands that there are events that come up that conflict with YMCA programming and therefore provides an opportunity to cancel or change current program registrations.\u00a0 To cancel and request a credit\/refund, please fill out the form below.\u00a0 All credits\/refunds must be requested and approved by the Program Director.<\/p>\n
All approved credits expire after one (1) year.<\/p>\n
\nFULL CREDIT\/REFUND <\/b><\/p>\n PARTIAL CREDIT\/REFUND<\/b><\/p>\n If request is submitted after the start of the first day of the program\/class, participants may receive a 75% PARTIAL CREDIT on their account or PARTIAL REFUND.\u00a0<\/p>\n AFTER THE SECOND CLASS NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. This schedule applies whether you attend the class or not.<\/p>\n MEDICAL REFUND REQUEST<\/b><\/p>\n If for any medical reason you cannot continue the program, you can be credited.\u00a0 A doctor\u2019s note must accompany your request for program credit.\u00a0 Requests must be made for half of the session or more.<\/p>\n SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES<\/b><\/p>\n If the Y must cancel a class completely due to chemical imbalances, contamination in the pool, or due to inclement weather (thunder\/lightening, snow), no partial credits\/refunds are given. If the schedule allows every attempt will be made to make-up cancelled classes.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
